Documents Requirement

All Mandatory documents needs to submitted are mentioned in the checklist and below.

• Confirmed air ticket copy directly from the respective airline with applicant name mentioned on it.
• Hotel Confirmation directly from the respective hotel with all the applicant names mentioned on it.
• For Passengers below age of 18 years have to submit the documents as follows:-
  
  • Letter from the parents (mentioning the details of child, parents and travel details)
  • Birth certificate with MEA attestation.
• The closing balance amount as prescribed by The Thai Consulate for all Tourist applications must reflect in the bank account consistently for a minimum period of six months prior to the date of application submission. Applications which do not meet this criteria will not be processed as per instructions from the Consulate. In the event of processing an application with the recommended Bank balance not being available in the account for minimum six months, additional documents such as Pay slip, Bonafide Letter from the employer & Employment ID card , RC copy in case of Business will have to be submitted
• Please be informed that Nepal passport holders should provide NOC from the Nepal Embassy for applying Thailand Visa.
• The checklist needs to be filled for each application and submitted along with the visa application form.
• The application form will not be accepted without the relevant check list.

Photo Specifications

Please provide two recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

• Taken against a white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
• Clear share quality and with the 80% face in focus.
• Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
• Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
• Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.
• Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre.
